Analytical solutions for one-dimensional dynamical problems of adiabatic extension of thick-walled spherical and cylindrical shells made of a viscoplastic material are presented under the assumption that, at the initial instant of time, the distributions of radial velocities satisfy the condition of incompressibility of the shell materials. The obtained solutions can easily be transformed for the cases of compression of such shells.
