The classes of spaces K-wid and L-wid are introduced for the class K of finite simplicial complexes and the class L of compact polyhedra. If K = L = {0,1}, then K-wid = wid, L-wid = S-wid. It is proved that S-wid ⊂L-wid and L-wid = S-Lτ-wid for any triangulation τ of the class L
