Abstracts and proceedings
The book of abstracts will be published before the
beginning of Conference. The papers based on the talks of participants of
Conference will be published in several issues of the journal "Fundamental and
Applied Mathematics". It will be translated into English by Plenum Press.
The papers have to contain complete proofs and do not exceed 16 pages typed
in LaTeX format. The papers should be sent to e-mail address
petr103@mech.math.msu.su; they
will be directred for the usual referee procedure. The deadline for sending of
the detailed papers is 15 September, 2004. The papers will be published since
the beginning of 2005.
Abstracts should be sent to our e-mail address as LaTeX files
(version 2.09 or 2ε) in the following form:

\centerline{Name and Initials (University)}
Text of abstract (not more then 20 lines).
Language: English or Russian.
The deadline for sending of abstracts is 15 March.
Arrival
Organizing Committee recommends to all participants
(not living in Moscow) to arrive in Moscow at 16 May
(the first meeting of the conference will take a part at
17 May). In this day (16 May) the buses of conference
will circulate with interval 1.5-2 hours between basic
airports Sheremet'evo-II and Sheremet'evo-I of Moscow and hotels.
All foreign participants should inform Organizing Committee
about exact data of their arrival (flight number, airport and time
of arrival).
